Caboolture Bowl will be hosting the Kegel Challenge Series for 2010. The first event will be bowled on the 28th March 2010 at 9.30am.
Points will be awarded to all bowlers on pinfall to go towards an end of year pay out, still waiting on confirmation from the sponsor. No money will be taken from each rounds entry fee for end of season pay out.
There will 2 patterns on the day.
Pattern 1. WINDING ROAD - 2839 | This oil pattern uses a distance of 39 feet with very little downlane help to guide the ball into the pocket. Because of the lower ratios towards the end of pattern, the greatest factor on how the WINDING ROAD will play is the lane surface and how the bowlers breakdown the pattern. The WINDING ROAD could play more inside or it could play more outside but the player who figures it out will straighten out the WINDING ROAD! 39 feet, 22.44ml per lane.
Pattern 2. 2009 ETBF European Men's Championships (2444) 44 feet, 24.53ml per lane.

5 games will be bowled on each pattern.
Lunch will be provided in between patterns.
Prizes: 1st each game $40.00 2nd each game $30.00 and $20.00 for 3rd each game. (total of $900.00) Prize fund based on 18 bowlers.
Cost: $100.00
