Um Jase I may be visually impaired as I failed to see a CAIRNS event anywhere on the list...!!!!!!!!! Just kidding great to see new events open to (sigh ) some bowlers. That's it !!!!!!!! Moving to Brisvegas...

hey jase,

any chance of something like that being run down in sydney?

I am with you on that one Peter, Something like what is run up north sounds like a great competition for not only those regular 200 plus bowlers but also for bowlers like myself who are looking for experience and the more competitions that are run like this the more experience myself and others in my position can pick up.

Plus it looks very professionally run and sounds like fun and that is what bowling is all about.

hey jase,
any chance of something like that being run down in sydney?
Yes Peter, every chance. It's all about someone organising it and bowlers supporting it for ENJOYMENT and CAMARADERIE. Not that difficult and you have the population and travel distances on your side. And that would include at least the Hunter area, Bathurst/Orange, Canberra and South coast is what you need. Distances are nothing compared to those in the TotalBowling Circuit.

We up here are lucky to have motivated and committed people like Jase to give bowlers a chance to travel, meet new people and help support more remote centres. Maybe you can drum up support down there and get things rolling.

Also, a Twin Tour like Mary Flower's (159 bowlers at the weekend!!!!) is essential for all populated areas and is highly recommended.

Cheers
