BRISBANE (April 14, 2016) – Reflecting its contemporary attitude of an airline for the young, and young-at-heart, multi award–winning carrier SCOOT has added an extra level of excitement for aspiring champions at this year’s Queensland Junior Cup.

In addition to $1,000 in prizemoney, the winners of both the male and female divisions of the tournament will receive return tickets for two to fly from the Gold Coast to Singapore in the comfort and safety of Scoot’s all-787 Dreamliner fleet.

The inaugural Queensland Junior Cup was staged last year with the support of the Gold Coast City Council and SCHWEPPES, and both are on board again for this year’s event which will be hosted by Go Bowling, Ashmore on the weekend of 23 & 24 July.

Organised by the South Queensland Junior Tenpin Bowling Association, entries for the 2016 Queensland Junior Cup are now open. All TBA-registered Junior bowlers 18 years and under as at 1 January 2016 are welcome to compete, with a prize pool of over $10,000. The 2016 QJC is part of Tenpin Bowling Australia’s new national ranking system for Junior bowlers and entries are expected from State and Territory bowlers all across Australia.
