We are pleased to advise final costings are now available for the Cara Honeychurch Summer Camp to be run at Canberra International Bowl from the 8th - 11th December 2003.
The all-up cost for the Camp includes :-
The Clinic; accommodation; all meals and external activities is $425 pp.
Local participants who do not require accommodation will be levied a cost of $285-00pp.
(We do however recommend that ALL participants should consider the camp to be residential)
As numbers will be strictly limited a non-refundable deposit of $150 will be required to secure your place. The Application together with your deposit must reach us at THE CARA HONEYCHURCH SUMMER CAMP c/o Canberra International Bowl, P.O. Box 1353, Tuggeranong ACT 2901 by no later than the 15th October 2003. (we advise you to get your entry in asap as all entries will be accommodated on a first come first served basis)
Once deposits are received we will send out a full info folder detailing the activities and programme schedule. A brief overview of the Camp follows:-
DAY 1 : Orientation and Introduction to the Coaches; On lane bowler analysis; Fitness assessment AIS; Lecture in strength training.
DAY 2 : Early morning walk and talk with the Pros. Session on Theory and Practice; Lecture on the science of bowling; Swimming & Fitness (AIS); Lecture on the Mental game;
DAY 3 : On lane training and instruction; Class work and Q & A session and Lecture on Nutrition (AIS)
DAY 4 : On lane training; Individual assessments and social night
DAY 5 : Mini Tournament in preparation for those entering the Brunswick Youth/Junior Tournament.
