Well done to Domenic de Pasquale for his win today at Aspley in the Hcp. Div. A good result also for Mitch Hennessey in 2nd and the ever reliable Loobs (Brian Looby) who keeps flying the flag for the 'oldies' finishing in 3rd place. However, Brian finished ahead of the 'young guns' Brendan Meads and Shane Hurst in the Scratch Division and they also collected in the Scratch Pool, which attracted 24 bowlers for a Pool of $480.
Another 'senior' Barb Richmond took the honours in the Puffs Hcp. with Alicia Melton and Courtney Bucknell in 2nd and 3rd. Alicia dominated the Puffs Scr. ahead of sister Bek and Julie Hird .
Sad to see the numbers depleted but with SQ Junior roll offs on the same weekend, it was to be expected .... however, the payout was $4495 for the weekend so some good cashes for those in the money.
