The Tasmanian Masters final was held at AMF Launceston today with Devonport bowlers, Ashley Riley & Jane Gibbons victorious.
Ashley bowled very consistently on the tough conditions to easily win by 165 pins from Garry Crick & Hayden George, who tied for second place. Ash bowled 8 x 200 games in the 10 game final to finish with an impressive 213 average and take out his 10th Tasmanian Masters title.
In the ladies final, Devonport bowlers filled the top three places. Jane Gibbons bowled steady right through out the final to average 184 and defeat a fast finishing Sara Peck by 50 pins with Rebecca Walker third.
