The rankings winner will now get their choice of free entry into the Final Event or a bowling ball of their choice.
2nd place in the rankings will get the other prize.

Forget what I said last event... This event was HUGE! Well done and thank you to all 81 bowlers who took part!

Congratulations to Narelle Baker on winning the event over Paul Trotter.

It was a long day but those finals were as close as you could ask for! 1 pin the difference in match 2, 2 pins in match 3... heart stopping stuff!

Full results and updated rankings attached.

Another fantastic event! A big THANK YOU to all the bowlers who took part.
I'm not quite sure if the highlight was a fantastic 299 game from Amy Farrell or a stunning 2 pin victory after 11 games that saw Bec Whiting defeat Warren Stewart to win the event!

Attached are the full results and updated rankings.

See you all next time at Narre Warren on Sunday 8th July for event #4!

Add Ralph Harford, Jane Finch,Allan Bamford,Karen Weston,Onrdej Hedi ,Vi Huynh, Brendan Howe, Gavin Cox, Scott Fulton and Maurice and Tina Sgroi for the Narre tourny.Cheers.

Vic Represent
Add Chris Castle to the list please. Should be interesting day if laying the same pattern as Hobart Cup if i heard what they are laying down
Please add Tony Aarons, can l make a suggestion, do a new entry saying VSS event 4 as a lot of people will not look under this thread

Thanks to all the bowlers who took part in Event 4 at Narre Warren over the weekend. Another great event with only a handful of pins deciding cash and seeding positions.

Congratulation go to David Porto who shot a brilliant 555 for 2 in the final to defeat top qualifier Ben Coupland. Over the course of the final series David went 279, 278, 277 on lanes 5 & 6. He really figured it out from his earlier 180 & 160 on that pair!

Results and updated rankings are attached. With only 1 single day even to go and plenty of points up for grabs, we have Paul Trotter leading from Ralph Harford in the Men and Bec Whiting leading from Dena Buxton in the Ladies.

The next event will be on Sunday 2nd September at Oz Tenpin Epping. Entry page will be up shortly.
