Just some advanced notice so interstaters wishing to enter can book in early for cheap flights. 2012 is bigger and better
Our inaugural Mentone Cup was won by Australia's Number One bowler - George Frilingos - WHO WILL BE THE 2012 CHAMPION?
The 2012 MENTONE CUP will be conducted on the 17th & 18th March 2012.
Prize Fund has increased to the following:-
1st Place $2,000
2nd Place $1,500
3rd Place $1,000
ENTRY FEE: $200
Prize Fund based on 70 bowlers
10 games QUALIFYING in one appearance
TOP 16 make the Cut to MATCHPLAY
2 squads A & B
DOUBLE ENTRY FEE BACK for making Top 16 (16th place $400)
ENTRY FEE BACK for finishing in top third of field ie. 24th place earns $200
HIGH GAME LANE AWARDS during Qualifying of $25. 10 of these to be won ($250)
Plus these winners will go in the draw to win a top of the range bowling ball
Highest top 3 (non-cutting) Ladies win $200 each ($600)
*Early Birds - All bowlers entering and paying a $50 deposit before January 31st will go in the draw to win $100 cash!
Bowlers it will not be till late this year or early next year before an entry form becomes available, however if you wish to enter or want further details please drop me a line on TB or call me on 03 9583 1244.
