Interesting format change in that the winners of the 2008 Junior Restricted Cup and the 2008 Scotch Doubles get a free entry into the 2009 Junior Classic Cup (if eligible).

This means that there will be no defending champion even eligible for the 2009 Junior Restricted Cup.

Ok there was an error in the first entry form that I recieved, the error is now fixed and the new entry form is now attached.
