The problem here is not if Northern Country Challenge was accredited or not (it was as far as everyone was concerned), its what catagory it was accredited under. For the last 20 odd years it has been accredited as a travelling league (forms were sent in and processed by TBAL and certificates...

Well i only give way to the lane next to me on either side,if there are ppl that give way 2 lanes and they are up i just walk up on the lane....call me ignorant or rude if you like but i figure since its not in the rules to give way 2 lanes if they dont like it they can restart their approach.

Just to let everyone know, Maitland Bowl will be closed as of 20th December 2006. The new bowl as yet has not been started but is expected to be up and going about August 2007. A little snippet of info, no female has ever bowled a sanctioned(or for that matter I don't think an unsanctioned)...

You took the words right out of mouth Amanda. I agree will you whole heartedly. If it is for funding (which every change has been blamed on) why is it we never see any proof of these directives from the Sports Commision, we only hear about it from TBAL. Sandra

Say 1 junior or more do get in the team,we go to clubs and pubs for dinner or what not,We have a few drinks and maybe a play on the pokies...so who's gonna police them and make sure they don't drink? I'm sure the managers and coaches don't wanna miss out on all the fun with the over 18's cause...

I think its a stupid rule,it was made for YOUTH ONLY! Sure the juniors think its a great idea,but what about us 18-23 bowlers? shouldnt we get a say in it? You's have taken away the only tournament that we had left for youth only bowlers.....and you's say that u's are trying to improve bowling...
